This is how Lando Calrissian looked after donning the uniform of the Imperial Guard of Coruscant in the novel Shadows of the Empire. It was on Coruscant where Lando along with Luke Skywalker went to rescue Princess Leia, during the time betwee
n Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi. Like in ANH the heroes needed to get around the Imperial capital without getting attention, so of ocurse they knocked out a couple of the local guards, and went off hunting for Leia.
To create this figure, I again used the pop and boil method to remove the heads off the Luke in Guard figure, which is used as the body, and the Lando Calrissian figure from ESB. I then placed the Lando head on the guard body, and bam, the figure is co mplete. Sure not a lot of hard work done on this figure, but it still looks cool, and hey the helmet fits perfectly!
