This is my depiction of how Captain Antilles, commanding officer of the
ill-fated Tanitive IV (and owner of C-3P0 & R2-D2?). We see Antilles only
once in A New Hope, as he is being choked to death by Darth Vader,
while the Imperials are in search of the Death Star plans aboard Princess
Leia's consular ship.
To make the Captain, I took the body of Ponda Baba, and the head of a
Rebel Fleet Soldier and put them together. I painted the body to match the
uniform of Antilles', light beige for the shirt and pants, and a dark tan
for the flight jacket. To accentuate the pants, I added black stripes
along the side, as seen in ANH. Though not seen in ANH, I added his rank
insignia to the right side of his jacket, which I correctly found in the
SW Technical Journal #3.
