Step 1: Boil and Pop.
Step 2: Rout out the Jawa's face to allow the Rat head to stick out from under the robes. Route off the bandoleer strap leaving only a pouch at the waist.
Step 3: Sculpt the rat's head and add rat's paws to the feet.
Step 4: Repaint. I watered down the brown paint used on the robes to allow some of the original color to bleed through to make it appear like the robes are threadworn.
