Winter first appeared in the HEIR TO THE EMPIRE novel, where she was described as being almost a twin of Princess Leia. they were longtime friends, and Leia had Winter guard the Solo children until they were old enough to return to Leia's care. Winter was also an affiliate of Rogue Squadron, assisitng them on several missions.

Winter was made cause a) there are not enough women made by Hasbro for the SW universe. b) She, to me at least, represents that Leia's had a somewhat normal life before ANH. Sadly though, this is the custom that I'm least happy about (except for perhaps R2A6). I'm currently planning on doing another one next, I'm planning on doing the dress in a dark red or dark teal, maybe a pattern or at least some trim in it. Any thoughts or suggestions?????
