Nearly everyone has done one of these I'm sure. I needed to do a more accurate portrayal of Han in his Hoth outfit for my POTF New Project. .I used a Han Solo in Hoth Gear. Then added a generic Han head and Dremeled out the original Han head so that he could have his hat as an accessory. This was a really fun custom to do because the difference in color is overwhelming - Kenner should have gone with blue.
