From the Star Wars Essentials Guide to Characters, as I was making this figure, I realized that they mis-represented the Bothans look. So when I saw other pics of Bothans, I sculpted the head from a combination of pics. The Vest, I made from a playing card. Then I painted it. The Skirt is a piece of Vinyl PVC Flashing (a liner for drain pipes) $2 for a Sq. Foot from most Home Improvement stores. You can make numerous capes and robes from it. It is close enough to the thickness and flexibility of the plastic Hasbro uses for robes and capes.
