I always liked the role of Mara before she fell for Luke. So I wanted to make more of the Emperors Hands. Since I know her from the game. I went to work. The Neck Piece is simply the rubber band thing that comes wrapped around the hands, wrapped around her neck and painted. The Leg pads are strips of Vinyl, painted green, and clay for the kneepads.
