In Dark Force Rising, when Luke and Mara sneak abord the star destroyer to rescue Talon Kaarde.

• T.I.E. Fighter Pilot (body and helmet)

Just your basic head swap and hollw out the helmet with a dremel. It's a lot easier if you just cut off the post on Luke's head and hollow it out to fit on the post of the T.I.E. Pilot body. I didn't have any Luke green sabers laying around, so I just used an extra Qui-Gon saber.
