Take the baroness figure and sand down the glasses. then cut off the head post. now repaint the eye brows, the hair and the eyes. next was the hard part. use lots of sculpy to make her chest. be sure to use a dremel to get the ridges on her shirt to match up. now repaint the figure, making sure to repaint the rank insignia the correct way. since i don't have a hair dryer...i had to wait DAYS to let the sculpy dry before i could sand it down. and i always had to make corrections, so this figure took me months to do! i also hated the way that the eye brows turned out. it kind of looks like actor eugene levy from the movie "american pie". *LOL*
