I was thinking what I should do with the spare body from the Queen Amidala Customs I made. I was looking at my Episode 1 Visual Dictionary when I saw Sei Taria (see left). I thought she's an obscure character but will probably make a good custom. The next step was to look for a head. I don't have spare heads so when I saw the tiny Padme from the KFC secret identity from my junk, I figured I can make her look like Sei Taria by re-sculpting her hair and give her high cheek bones (I should have been a plastic surgeon). Unlike my other customs, her dress is made entirely of Sculpey (give the soft goods customs a rest and try my hand at sculpting wardrobes). I had to re-position her right arm and sculpt her sleeves. To give her dress a shimmery look, I used Testors spray enamel metal flake. Sei Taria is articulated at the neck and arms and semi articulated at the legs (because of her skirt - she can only walk small "Japanese" steps). Now I will only have to wait for Hasbro's Mas Amedda figure to complete a floating podium diorama.
