I shaved off the plastic hair and drilled a hole on the back. Then I glued synthetic hair. This is quite tricky as it was very messy, but I think the results are worth it. The hair gives this a custom a touch of realism. I removed the plastic skirt and replaced it as well as the tunic with cloth.
