Scavengers collecting spare metal parts on the planet Tatooine

One of two sentient species native to Tatooine, the Jawas have adopted remarkably well to life on the desert world. To protect themselves from Tatooine's fierce double suns, they wear coarse, homespun cloaks with hoods. For defense against roving Tusken Raiders and Krayt Dragons, the diminutive humanoids travel in giant treaded vehicles known as Sand Crawlers. (Taken from Star Wars: Behind the Magic)

Don't you just love these pesky, little creatures? You just can't get enough of them. To give them a new look, you can either swap parts, repaint or resculpt. Or one may choose to do something less drastic, like sewing! I modified the Jawas eyes by adding beads and super-imposing them with sculpey. The utility belts are made of strings and sculpey.
