Do you have a spare Bespin Security Guard or are you sick and tired of your old vintage one? May be you should give it an over-haul. Take your old BSG and sand off some plastic around the hat. Shave off that beard and apply sculpey.

Next.. give it a re-paint, particularly those fading gold piping on his uniform and paint a different neck treatment/collar to promote him to a higher officer rank... that of Chief of the Bespin Security "Palace" Guards. Also paint the boots black to approximate the reference photo more closely.
