After the disappointment of seeing no paint apps on the StarWarsShop.com-exclusive OTC Emperor Palpatine: Executor Transmission action figure, I decided to add some of my own. The face and hands were painted with a mixture of Folk Art 659 Metallic Pearl White and 410 Lavender. The eyes are Tamaya XF-3 Flat Yellow, with Folk Art 661 Sequin Black for the pupils. The cloak clasp is the Sequin Black, drybrushed with Folk Art 662 Silver Sterling. The walking stick was painted with a water-diluted version of the Sequin Black, so that it is still somewhat translucent.
