A pretty simple custom to make, but one I have wanted to do for a long time now. I shaved off the lower bar on Thrawn's chest and painted the correct colors. I also painted the hands,and then repainted the face to match. I played around with different flesh tones to get a gaunt look to his face, which looks much better in person than in these scans. I sculpted on a small mustache and some hair, but removed most of it, and then repainted it white.
