Lt. Williams was the pilot of the Radiant VII, the first ship we see in the beginning of THE PHANTOM MENACE. He was personally requested by Captain Madakor to assist in the transportation of the Jedi ambassadors to the Naboo system. He was killed when the Trade Federation blew up his vehicle. Captain Piett I started this custom as another character, but changed my mind and decided to make this guy instead! Since I had cut off the hat for another custom, I had to sculpt on new hair. I also cut off the rank bars and cylinders from Piett's uniform, and then repainted the figure. That was pretty much it!
