Kaadu patrol chief in Otoh Gunga, Captain Tarpals is usually on the lookout for thieves of dangerous water creatures that might threaten the Gungan populace.

A pretty simple custom that really needed to be done, since it was Tarpals who rode the Kaadu for the whole movie! All you need to do is switch the legs of the beast Jar Jar and Tarpals. For added realism, I also cut off both sets of feet and glued on Tarpals feet, then repainted the legs to match the original. The only thing missing are knees, but that's okay by me!
