Spiker was a character introduced in the comic book adaptation of SHADOWS OF THE EMPIRE. He also appeared in THE JABA TAPE serial. He is partnered with Big Gizz, and the two of them have some pretty funny adventures together.

This is when I really started playing around with sculpy. First, I painted the body and head. Then, I added sculpy to the body for the pads and the helmet. Then, I molded the spikes! Some of them stayed put, but some of them broke off while baking. I have learned that baking sculpy varies from figure to figure. Spiker's chest came out deformed. Good thing he wears the cloak! For the cloak, I took the Boushh cape and the back half of Ben's cloak and added sculpy to connect the two. I had to glue it though, so I doubt Spiker could actually ride a Swoop, even if I had one to give him! I included an "unmasked" and a "side view" head shots, just because I really had fun with this guy!
