I had been planing on this custom ever since I first saw the cover to Dark Horse Comics' STAR WARS #10. A Tusken Raider Jedi Knight!?!?! COOL!
When the Bantha beast pack was cheap, I picked up an extra set, and began to make this guy. Since the legs are multi-articulated, I had to make the arms the same way....so I chose the Qui-Gon ones. I bulked them up using sculpey and painted them. The skirt was cut from Qui-Gon, and I switched blades on the lightsaber just for a variety.
I also added some extra detailing, like giving him both handles (one attached, one not). His moisture trap is cut off from the figure's chest and moved to the proper place. I also added a small piece of "cloth" to the side of his head, because that is how the (many different) artists drew him.
So, there you have it! A 14-point articulated Tusken Raider Jedi Knight!!! Cool!!!!
