Their special clothing indicates the dignity of their office. Rep Teers is responsible for the power supply that sustains the hydrostatic bubbles of Otoh Gunga.

This guy was bumped twice last month. First, during "Gungans Week", when I decided to make the Gungan Civilian instead, I bumped him into the "What About That Guy? Week". Well, then I bumped him again because the Tigram Jamiro was easier to make. So, I pushed him back and now he makes his debut.

Teers was a pretty easy concept that took more work than it should have. I recently started boiling sculpey at the suggestion of another customizer, but I left him boil for too long. As a result, the front sash broke and I had to patch it up. It's not smooth, but the deco covers up most of the cracks.

The head doesn't turn under all that sculpey, but the right arm does, which is why I choose to use it. Considering this guy just hung around in the background, I felt that was fine. If Hasbro ever makes this guy, i can easily turn him into the other Rep (Been) by simply changing the color of the hood. Below is an example of what I mean.
