Lee Phenets is an engineer working on Cloud City, assigned to ensure the smooth operation of Cloud City. His primary duties are keeping the Carbon Freeze Chamber working for when large amounts of Tibanna Gas need to be flash-frozen and transported. He also works on maintaining the antigravity systems that keep Cloud City aloft. He is one of the few humans respected by the Ugnaughts.

Now I know this guy was seen onscreen, although it was for about half a second! This is truly a spare-parts custom, but aren't those the best kind?

For this figure, I extended the cloak by glueing the piece of Yak's cloak underneath the Ugnaught cloak, to make it longer. A quick paint job and that was that.

I decided to use the Hoth upper body because of the goggles. My thinking was that if this guy is a maintenance worker, he would have to wear some kind of eye protection while welding. Plus, I can hook up a backpack to him if I ever needed to! (backpack not shown, but I probably have one around here someplace)

The arms TRUE spare parts! the left arm doesn't move, because the stem broke off. So, it is just glued into place, carrying the welder. And I gave him the wrench because, well, he just needed it.

And just for the heck of it, I greyed out the hair of his temples, to shown he is an older human. Gotta love the little details!
