In THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK, Leia calls Han a "scruffy-looking, nerf-herder". So, I wondered: what is a nerf? Someone on the newsgroups was able to send me a description of a nerf, from the STAR WARS ENCYCLOPEDIA. Once I figured out that, I wondered: what is a nerf-herder? So, I came up with this guy!

This is a totally "spare-parts guy", made up of leftovers from other custom jobs. I haven't even decided on what colors to paint him yet...any suggestions? I glued on Biggs' legs, and glued the rest of the body together. The nerf in the picture below is really a beast from the movie STARGATE. I originally bought him to try and make a Bantha but then read about the Kenner version coming out. So, now he's a nerf!
