The apology was accepted--and Needa was executed on the spot by Vader's use of the dark-side power of the Force. Ric Olié (head) Grand Moff Tarkin (everything else) Pretty easy custom here! And a must for your displays of Imperial Officers. Simply boil-and-pop Tarkin's head and replace it with Olié's head. Sculpt a hat on top. Repaint. Stick gun in hand. that's it!
