Man, was this a fun custom to make! Not only was there very limited reference material for him, but it is all very dark and grainy. What a challenge! I was also inspired by several other customs I have seen of this character, like Stephen Hayford and Michael Collins (you can see them both in the FFURG Casting Call for Rogues Gallery Poll), especially when it came to choosing parts and colors.
I liked the Yakface hands which suggest that this guy is a brawler, and he's a tough guy. Don't mess with him! The rest of the parts I knew would be covred up with Sculpey, so I just picked whatever I had lying around. The head is still moveable, but these hands aren't very good for holding stuff. Ah well...
I sculpted the head and shirt for him, again using other customs to fill in details that were not visible in the photos. The biggest obstacle to overcome was the fact that I kept squishing his head and making it stretch out and become elongated! I tried to push it back to shape, and his lips are a little too big, but I really like the end result.
And just for fun, I decided to try packaging for him as well. In this set, Myo comes with a section of the bar, so he and his fellow patrons can sit back and toss down a few cold drinks! The bar will attach to other sections as well, assuming there are other characters in the series?
