General Crix Madine was a top-notch military man for the Empire, but defected and joined the Rebellion shortly after the Battle of Yavin. He became a trusted advisor to Mon Mothma, and devised the strategy for the ground assault team at the Battle of Endor. His team's eventual success earned Madine a place on the Provisional Council, which he turned down. Madine preferred the life of a soldier, and went on many covert missions. It was during one of these missions that Crix Madine was killed by Durga the Hutt.

I originally started this cutom almost a year ago, but instead turned it into another custom. With the FFURG Casting Call, I had an excuse to try again.

I started by choosing Valorum's head. I had an extra one handy, and I thought it was a good choice for a middle-aged man. I opted to not use the General Lando chest, because Madine is not that buff. In fact, if you really look at the reference photo, he appears to have a bit of a gut!

I cut the arms at the shoulders of both Lando and Nein and glkued them back on. Then I cut off the gloves and glued them in a position so that he could hold the baton. I then sculpted the uniform on the chest, as well as the hair and beard.

Cure the sculpey, paint the figure, and add him to the Casting Call...DONE!
