Kirtan Loor first appeared in the X-WING: ROGUE SQUADRON novel. He was described as resembling Grand Moff Tarkin, and he was brought in under Ysanne Isard's command of Coruscant, the Imperial Center. He was killed by an assassin in THE KRYTOS TRAP.

A simple repaint of Tarkin. I made him in the colors of the Imperial Intelligence division that was briefly seen on the Death Star in A NEW HOPE. I gave him a cloak, as described in the novels right before his death.
