From the book The Illustrated STAR WARS Universe, Lingsnot is a former used-cloud-car salesman who rose through the anks of the city officials until he obtained his current title on the planet Bespin. He welcomes virtualy every visting dignitary and extols the virtues of life on Cloud City.

More work with sculpy! I sculpted the head based on the character sketch by artist Nilo Rodis Jamero shown below. I also added feet to the figure, mainly for variety. A long paint-job later (due to needing multiple coats), and that is it!
