This character was in the background in the palace. I modeled this custom after the Vintage Klaatu figure with the fur skirt. According to some sources, his name is "Wooof".

I popped the head off the vintage figure and glued it to the Weequay body, which I repainted. I then added a dirty Leia skirt to simulate the fur skirt the vintage one wore.
