Han Solo and Luke Skywalker as Imperial Stormtroopers

Welcome to "HAN AND LUKE EXPLORE THE GALAXY!!" This series of figures has the two friends going to various parts of the galaxy, and even some places OUT of the galaxy!! Most of these customs are straight from my imagination, and never really happened, but who cares? Part of the fun of customizing is making up your own guys!! Yes, there are already a few versions of this duo as Stormtroopers that were made by Kenner/Hasbro. But with the creation of the new Commtech Stormtroopers, it seemd only natural to remake them in the new style.

Think this is a simple head swap? WRONG! This figure has the strangest head of any STAR WARS figure. As you can see from the picture above, there is a lot that goes into the neck to make it move around like it does. When you boil and pop the head, the helmet breaks at the bar, leaving the ring intact. Removing the ring took a litle doing, I ended up cracking the torso open to remove it. The good news is that the new heads fit in perfectly. I then painted the new necks black, glued the torsos back together, and that's it. I gave Luke a pistol just for variety, and the helmets fit nicely under the arm, as you can see with Han.
