From the book The Illustrated STAR WARS Universe, Hax has written a report about Imperial Center, which was also called the planet Coruscant. His report was used to provide the Emperor with a better understanding of his subjects, and Hax was proud to do his job.

I wanted this figure to be tall, as the picture by artist Nilo Rodis Jamero below suggests he is. The only leftover parts I had for a taller character were the WATERWORLD parts left over from another job. I used sculpy for the arms and head. To capture the reflective sparkles on his cloak, I used one of my daughter's crayons and colored the cloak over the paint. This provided a cool texture to the cloak that I really like.
