This custom was inspired by similar customs created by Michael collins and Steve Rivas. I took my favorite elements from their versions and created my own. Harc Seff was Jabb the Hutt's accountant (I guess Jabba fired Mosep). He is an experienced administrator, and now works as a freelance consultant. He has worked for many planetary governors, and knows how to get the most out of any taxation scheme. Ishi Tib (head and arms) Chancellor Valorum (body) This is a custom I have been wanting to make for awhile now, but I didn't have an extra Ishi Tib figure! Well, I finally got one, and here we are! I had to glue the head down, so it is not articulated. I painted him up and then dirtied the sleeves a bit so he would fit in well with other Tatooine characters. Then I took some thred from apiece of cloth and added a bit of it to the wrists and belt.
