Here is han as he appeared for the latter half of RETURN OF THE JEDI. In the Briefing Room, and for most of his time on Endor, he wore his basic vest outfit.

Simply add the legs of Han Bespin and you ALMOST have the right figure! Of course the shirt is wrong, but the Bespin Han chest looked too bulky, and I ended up using it on another guy anyway...
