From the book The Illustrated STAR WARS Universe, Halka was a scientist who led a scientific expedition to the planet Dagobah. She was in command of the research team, conducting the survey of the planet. Her notes were lost during the Emperor's rule, and have only recently been uncovered.

A pretty simple repaint, with a few "pouches" made from sculpy glued onto the belt. I also cut off the "buns" from the head and added a sculpy hat. See the picture below by artist Nilo Rodis Jamero for the character sketch.
