Elis appears briefly in the Cantina scene in A NEW HOPE. He doesn't do much or say anything, but he is there. Probably his biggest claim to fame is that he looks like the guy from the "SCREAM" movies!

I made this guy after seeing a few other custom jobs on the internet, then watching the scene again closely. I used the Tusken head, and then carved out similar features. A quick repaint, and that is all!
