If you watch RETURN OF THE JEDI carefully, you will see that one of the Rebels dons a Biker Scout uniform and then later gets captured. You have to look carefully, but he is in there.

I wanted to do this figure for a long time....I finally got an extra Biker Scout, and cut off his head! My cousin thought I was nuts! I glued on Ben's head,a nd painted a partial mask over the top and back. The helmet does not fit over the head, which is a shame, but you still get the idea.
