Dev Sibwarra first appeared in THE TRUCE AT BAKURA novel. He was the human liaosn for the alien Ssi-Ruuk, who were bent on killing the humans and taking the galaxy for themselves. The Rebel Alliance defeated the Ssi-Ruuk, but not before Dev was killed.

This figure was made by popping the head onto the body. I used a pipe cleaner wrapped around the waist for a more exotic look.
