An outdated but common model of droid, the CZ sereis is still in use throughout the galaxy. CZ-3, a business droid owned by Jabba the Hutt, had built-in comlink and sophisticated scrambling and encryption programming.

When Luke Skywalker sold his landspeeder to Wioslea, this protocol droid can be seen wandering the alleys of Mos Eisley.

I sculpted the new features over the older figure, based on the reference photo, and then repainted him and added the details. Not too hard really, and I was glad to find a use for the old figure.
