This is easily my favorite of the set. I sculpted the features using my Swamp Thing as a reference. The clothes were a bit more complicated, but I ended up creating the "pouches" on his chest by pressing the belt into the sculpey. The skirt was heated up and I carved out the center of it (which then ended up in Han, by the way) and s-t-r-e-t-c-h-e-d it up and over the legs.
When I was finished with him, I decided that he was simply too short! So, I cut off his legs at the knees, and sculpted legs to make him taller. I will have to do a side-by-side scan with all these figures so you can see the comparisons.
I also didn't want to sculpt the bandoliers, so I cheated and used a piece of material instead. I think it came from some MORTAL COMBAT guy....
The other thing about this custom of interest is that I cut off and repositioned his arms so they can hold the gun the way he does in the painting. I wish I knew how to make articulation, as that would be ideal for this pose. Can anyone offer any advice?
