This custom was a pain in the butt! It started out as an easy concept, and I thought it would really make for an interesting figure. But finding the right parts is always the most challenging part of any custom, and this was a HUGE problem for this character.
I originally sculpted the shoulder pads on the amrs, but they kept falling off, so I just said the heck with it, and went for the Vader shoulders instead. I cut off the arms of both figures, and glued them back into place. I also wanted to have soft goods for the robe, but that didn't turn out very well, as the cloth kept fraying and I had all these stray fibers all over. So I just decided to go with the plastic ones. They aren't exactly a match, but they are close enough...plus they had an additional comm device thingy on the belt, so I thought that was a nice touch.
