Yerka Mig resigned his standing in the Imperial bereaurocracy and fled when his home planet Ralltiir was occupied by the Empire. He is now a fugitive.

This one is pretty easy and you just gotta have him in your Cantina Diorama! I made his jacket with A/B Epoxy. I then made his wild hairdo with Super Sculpey. I may change the boots someday but do we really know what kind of boots he's wearing?
