Well, I had a Biggs figure with no face and an Obi Wan face that I sliced off earlier. So I cut the face down a little to fit snugly on Biggs head and Superglued it on. I then used A/B Epoxy putty to fill in the gaps and smooth it out a bit. Painted it, wa-la instant pilot.
