You can't see this guy in the movie but he was sitting there during the rebel briefing in ROTJ. I used the picture in the "Action Figure Archive" and another one in "S.W. Chronicles" for reference. I really hate this Hasbro version of R5 so I did my best to fix it up. I sanded down his middle leg so that it looked a little more accurate. I then superglued his body pieces together and sanded them flush. I cut off the little trigger button and used A/B Epoxy to fill in all the gaps. Painting all those rectangles was lot's of fun. (Sarcasm)
