I saw this little WWF figure and thought that it looked more like a midget. His face is pretty close to Rycar as well but he was originally bald. So I made his hair with A/B Epoxy. I sanded down his legs and boots a bit and then made the rest of the outfit with A/B Epoxy. He had both of his hands in fists so I opened up his right hand so he could hold a gun. I had to modify the blaster handle a bit as well.
