I've never purchased anything from "Marmit" before so I was a little surprised when my package arrived. I found that you have to assemble the whole thing and there is a lot of cutting you have to do to the actual plastic armor. If you've seen this package you can see it's very cool but the generic figure that comes with it has a lot of room for improvement. I basically followed "Jimbobs" recipe and bought a "Dragon - Adam" figure. There are a lot of things that get improved by going with this method but the best is you get the full ankle articulation which is great for all those wacky poses. I decided I wanted to make mine into the "Ultimate Marmit Han Solo in Stormtrooper disguise" so I got the new Endor Han since it's the best head sculpt. Unfortunately this is also THE largest Han Solo head ever made so the Marmit helmet just barley fits, I had to cut the opening to the helmet larger to accommodate that big melon. Although with the helmet fitting snug you really utilize the pivoting neck peg only found on "Dragon" figures. I popped the "Adam" head off so I could get the jumpsuit and armor on and off easily. I also boiled and popped Hans head off but didn't attach it yet. Next I cut holes for the hands in the bodysuit and cut the hood piece off, (But I left a turtle neck like neck piece so I can make the collar later.) I ended up cutting the hand guards off the original hands to reattach to the "Dragon" hands. To hide his fingernails and knuckles I applied a LOT of superglue and then painted the hands black with many thick layers so they would look more like gloves. I then superglued the hand guards on. Now I put on the jumpsuit and put together all the armor. After getting the upper chest piece over his neck post I very carefully superglued Han's head to the neck post. I used A/B Epoxy to fill in the cracks and secure the head on there good. I then made the neck collar with a piece of black electrical wire and just superglued and wrapped it around the turtleneck I left from the jumpsuit. With the Sandtrooper rifle and the commlink from the Luke-Stormtrooper figure this guy looks pretty killer.
