Harc Seff worked for Jabba the Hutt as an accountant. His current whereabouts are unknown.

The Ishi Tibb head cast needed some sanding and a little altering to the peg to fit into Chancellor Valorum's body. I had some extra Luke arms so I used those. I trimmed Valorum's skirt to knee length. I made the cumber bun with sewing thread and then used packing tape covered with super glue for the belt part. The rest of the outfit and the hands I made with A/B Epoxy.
