This GI Joe head looked a little like Tagge so I pulled it off the Joe body and started sanding down the peg to fit into a Peitt body. That GI Joe plastic is tough! Had to crack open the torso to get it in there. I made his hair and those wicked pork chops with A/B Epoxy. I then sanded down Peitts rank insignias to resemble Tagge's. I Also repainted his face.
