I wanted this guy to sit in a corner booth so I used a GI Joe for the articulation. First I sanded down most of the clothing on him and glued a piece of a cape around his torso so it would overlap his waist. This helps keep that weird pivoting waist to just turn left and right. I covered that with A/B Epoxy to make his vest. I then made his head with Super Sculpey. He was pretty easy.
