This protocol droid can be seen in Mos Eisley streets. There are also similar droids found in the Jawa Sandcrawler, Ugnaught melting room, and Jabba's droid room.
C-3PO
I made this guy a few years ago using a 4-LOM. When I got my Visual dictionary and saw that huge full body picture of CZ-3 I decided I had to redo it. The 3PO is a better body to start with. I sanded down various little details that most protocal droids have but he doesn't. I used A/B epoxy to make his chest piece longer but still turnable. Also epoxy for the arm rings and details. I then used Super Sculpey for the chest details and the head. I painted him all clean black and white but he just looked WRONG. So I dirtied him up really good with oily leaks and mud splotches.
