While making my modified FX X-Wing I decided I wanted a new Biggs to go in there. The regular body doesn't fit in the cockpit very well so I combined the Luke thats attached to the X Wing with the Biggs body. I sanded down his shoulders so Luke's arms would mesh in there and he wasn't quite so broad. I also repositioned his left arm and wrist with a little wire and A/B Epoxy Putty. I used Han's head for a base and sliced off his and Biggs faces. I then superglued Biggs face to Hans head. I used A/B Epoxy to fill in the gaps and finish the face and hair. The helmet needed to be hollowed out obviously. I also painted a little more detail on his helmet. I had some clear orange paint for glass and plastic and I painted a card bubble. I then cut out a little tiny piece for his goggles and superglued it onto his helmet.
