This is one I made a few years ago. I had no clue as to what the Grey Squadron outfits looked like so I figured the A-Wing pilot would work. I boiled the figure and popped the head off and stuck a Luke head on there. I cut away his face and made that new screaming face with Sculpey. I cooked it slightly and then made the helmet also using Sculpey. It took a few tries to get the helmet right. Lot's of pausing and rewinding ROTJ video. I then made the goggles with scrap plastic that I painted orange with glass paint and superglued them to the helmet. He looks like he's ready to kick some Imperial butt huh?
